Part-Time Nurse LPN

Location: Chesterfield, VA 23237 Job Type: Part-time Schedule: Tue & Wed 1p to 7p

Home Health Services of Virginia is seeking a reliable and compassionate LPN to provide care for a patient in the home health setting. This is a part-time position with scheduled shifts on Monday through Saturday.

Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license from the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
• Experience working in a home health or home care setting preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled patient care following the plan of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor and document patient condition accurately.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Complete clinical notes in their entirety.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols in the home.
