Sr Data Analyst

naDay to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)Develop understanding of Client's business requirements and current data architectureConduct review sessions with Client's IT/Project Team to validate and refine functional and technical requirementsConduct current state data assessment and brings business perspective into the assessmentContributes to developing current state and future state deliverables Focuses on Analyzing /documenting Data Flow DiagramsIdentifies business challenges related to data integrationWork with Solution / Data Architect / Data Modeler to arrive at the Data ArchitectureBasic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)Overall 8+ years of experience with 6+ years as Data / Business Analyst3+ years experience in Health plan dataProficient in data warehouse, data management, planning is desirableExposure to BI / DW specific to subject areas mentioned aboveFamiliarity with on Database ( SQL & NoSQL), Data Modelling and Reporting Hands on experience in gathering user Requirements and documentation of the samePossesses excellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work as a teamTravel: No travel needed at this time. This will be re-visited once travel policy for NTT and Client changes.Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experienceNice to Have; (But not a must)Project lead experiencenaPosting Date:Department: -
