Information Technology Specialist

DutiesThe following are the duties of this position at the full working level. If this vacancy includes more than one grade and you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform these duties and receive training to help you grow in this position.Provide architectural and design guidance to ensure software solutions meet enterprise standards and performance expectations.Contribute code when required to support critical releases, resolve blockers, or validate architectural patterns.Conduct detailed code reviews and ensure adherence to security, maintainability, and accessibility standards.Translate complex requirements into implementation plans and coordinate execution across team members.Conduct performance testing and lead efforts to optimize system speed, resiliency, and observability.
