Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanics to join a highly automated, fast-paced distribution and logistics facility in Loveland, CO. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability and performance of advanced material handling equipment and building systems that support high-volume operations.
Location: Loveland, CO (DEN9 Facility)
Pay: $35.50/hour
Shift: Night shift (4x10)
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on automated conveyor systems, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and related equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential failures and improve equipment uptime
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and efficiency
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Work closely with operations and engineering teams to minimize downtime
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance situations
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance with facility standards

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or automated distribution environments
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting conveyors and automated systems
• Knowledge of industrial tools, maintenance practices, and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Comfortable working at heights and in a physically demanding environment
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with PLC-controlled equipment (basic troubleshooting)
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
• Experience in high-speed distribution, fulfillment, or manufacturing environments
• Technical certification or associate degree in a related field

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
