We combine human coaching principles with adaptive AI to deliver structured weekly plans, real-time adjustments, and meaningful feedback. All in one focused experience. Farren is looking for a Founding Media Producer with a specific ambition: out-produce everyone, and make it look effortless. We want a flood of content. Short form that stops the scroll, long form that earns the subscribe. The kind of volume that makes people assume Farren has a team of ten, when really it's one person with the best AI tools on the planet and the instincts to use them. Your job is to build the media machine that makes Farren feel inevitable, and to make work good enough that people finish it, save it, and send it to a friend. This role is built for an owner, not an order-taker. You'll architect the pipeline, set the cadence, and hold the bar, in front of the camera and behind it. You're measured on what the work actually does: the audience it grows and the content people can't stop watching. And you'll do it in our Boulder studio, where the work gets made and the brand gets built in person. What you'll own Farren's media engine: producing short and long form video at high volume across Instagram and YouTube, and whatever comes next. The machine itself: the systems, templates, and workflows that let one person produce like a team, with AI tools doing the heavy lifting so your energy goes where a human's touch actually matters. A relentless content cadence. Not filler. Specific, resonant work, shipped fast and held to a premium bar. Growing Farren's audience from early days to real gravity. Measurable follower and subscriber growth, driven by content people actually finish and share. The craft on both sides of the lens: shooting, editing, and directing the look and feel so every piece is unmistakably Farren. Your numbers. You track what's working (audience growth, watch time, saves, shares) and double down on it. Turning the coaches' stories into content that grows them and the brand together. What we're looking for You've built a content engine before, not just made nice videos. You think in systems and volume, not one-offs. You have a creator's instincts. You know what stops a scroll, what earns a subscribe, and what's worth finishing. You're fast and prolific, and fluent in AI content tools. Volume and quality are not a tradeoff for you. You shoot and edit both short and long form, and you hold a premium bar even at speed. You think like an owner. You ask what moved the number, not whether the asset got delivered. You're based in Boulder and want to be in the studio, making things, in person. You're self-directed. Nobody hands you a shot list. You build the plan and run it. You back yourself, and you're comfortable being paid on results, because you intend to deliver them. Passion for fitness or wellness isn't required, but it helps.
