Position Summary

We are seeking a professional and licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing spa team. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, committed to providing exceptional guest experiences, and skilled in customizing massage treatments based on each client’s individual needs and wellness goals.

As a Massage Therapist, you will provide therapeutic and relaxation services in a professional spa environment while educating guests on the benefits of regular massage therapy and recommended services or enhancements.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality massage therapy services and body treatments tailored to individual client needs 
• Perform a variety of massage modalities within the scope of licensure and training 
• Educate clients on massage therapy benefits, treatment plans, retail products, and enhancement options 
• Maintain accurate and timely SOAP notes and session documentation 
• Uphold sanitation, draping, safety, and professional boundary standards at all times 
• Build strong client relationships to support retention and long-term wellness goals 
• Assist with maintaining treatment rooms and spa cleanliness standards 
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and team members 
• Support front desk and scheduling processes as needed, including confirming or adjusting appointments 

Qualifications

• Current Nevada Massage Therapy License in good standing 
• Active professional liability insurance 
• Knowledge of anatomy, musculoskeletal structure, and therapeutic massage techniques 
• Ability to perform multiple massage modalities preferred 
• Strong communication and customer service skills 
• Professional appearance, demeanor, and ethical standards 
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require 
• Passion for health, wellness, and delivering exceptional guest experiences 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods 
• Ability to perform massage services for consecutive sessions 
• Ability to lift, bend, stretch, and perform repetitive movements associated with massage therapy services 

Employment Classification

This is a non-exempt hourly position. Compensation may include hourly pay, tips, commissions, and performance-based incentives where applicable.
