Real Estate Asset Management Analyst

Role Overview As a member of the Asset Management team, you will play a key role in driving performance across a portfolio of multifamily properties. Your work will support strategic, operational, and financial decision‑making through a variety of responsibilities, including: Analyzing property‑level financials, rent rolls, and capital improvement budgets Conducting market research and evaluating economic and demographic trends Leading calls and site visits with third‑party property managers Performing property inspections and market tours (travel may be required) Building financial models, including budgets, cash flow forecasts, and return analyses Preparing investment memos and performance reports for internal stakeholders Managing due diligence and closing processes for acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancings Assisting with debt financing arrangements and documentation Presenting quarterly asset performance updates to the broader team Collaborating with property management teams to execute business plans and enhance asset value Qualifications Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance; preferred fields include Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or Property Management 1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate asset management or a related field (internships included) Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights Excellent communication and presentation abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with Python or SQL is a plus Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities Self‑starter with a collaborative mindset and a desire to grow in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial setting #J-18808-Ljbffr
