Personal Support Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers to join our team in Saint Clair MI. This role involves providing essential care and support to our clients ensuring their comfort and well-being in their daily lives. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming and mobility support.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor clients health and report any changes to appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure quality care.
Requirements
- Previous experience in personal support or caregiving preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
