Your primary focus will be delivering engaging math instruction to 8th-grade students, with one opening available specifically for a Dual Language specialist. Collaborate with fellow staff, adapt teaching strategies to diverse learning needs, and contribute to a supportive, innovative educational community.

Qualifications/Desired Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is required.
• Illinois Professional Educator License with relevant endorsements.
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum planning, classroom management, and instructional delivery at the middle school level.
• Bilingual skills are highly valued for the Dual Language position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and assess 8th-grade math curriculum, tailoring lessons to individual and group needs.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with district standards and student learning objectives.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development.
• Maintain accurate student records and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
