Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for clients with a range of mental health concerns, particularly those related to substance use and detoxification. \n

- Collaborate with clients to formulate personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs, outlining achievable goals for recovery. \n
- Implement crisis intervention strategies, which may include conducting suicide risk assessments and arranging for emergency hospitalizations when necessary. \n
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals and healthcare providers to deliver coordinated care for clients, ensuring seamless transitions between levels of care. \n
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all clinical interactions, client progress, and treatment outcomes in accordance with organizational policies and regulations. \n
- Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and procedures that enhance the quality of care delivered by the team. \n
- Participate in regular staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to stay current on best practices in mental health treatment. \n
You will primarily serve individuals engaged in the detox process, many of whom may be experiencing co-occurring mental health issues. - A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- Current and valid LCSW license in the state of Oregon. \n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and includes a sign-on bonus.
