The Opportunity We are seeking a Field Service Technician with hands‑on experience in IT support and a wide range of technical services. If you have a background in low voltage wiring, network infrastructure, data center support, or IT hardware installation, we want to hear from you! This is a client‑facing, field‑based role requiring professionalism, adaptability, and solid technical know-how. What You’ll Do Provide on‑site IT support , including installing and configuring network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, servers). Perform structured cabling (CAT5e, CAT6, Fiber) and other low voltage wiring . Handle data center support , including routine maintenance, diagnostics, and hardware deployment/troubleshooting. Install and maintain security systems (CCTV, access control) and audio/visual (AV) systems . Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues and accurately document all service tasks. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of hands‑on technical field service experience with a strong understanding of IT systems, networking, and/or cabling infrastructure. Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills , with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation , with willingness to travel to client sites as required. Certifications (a plus but not required): CompTIA (A+, Network+), BICSI, Cisco (CCNA), or manufacturer‑specific training (Dell, HP, etc.).
