IT Project Technician

Location: Alpharetta, GA Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time

The Opportunity

We are seeking an IT Project Technician to support the planning, implementation, and delivery of technology projects for multiple clients.

This role combines hands-on technical work with project coordination. You will work directly with clients and internal technical teams to deploy IT solutions, manage project timelines, troubleshoot implementation issues, and ensure projects are completed successfully.

What You'll Do

Coordinate and execute IT projects from planning through implementation and completion.
Deploy and configure hardware, software, network, and other infrastructure solutions.
Work directly with clients to understand technical requirements and provide updates throughout project delivery.
Test and validate implemented solutions to ensure functionality and performance requirements are met.
Coordinate with internal technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and service providers.
Provide post-implementation support and assist clients with the adoption of new technology solutions.
Maintain project plans, technical documentation, schedules, and status updates.
Manage multiple projects and priorities while keeping deliverables on schedule.
Troubleshoot technical and project-related issues that arise during implementations.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience implementing and coordinating IT projects.
Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, software, and networking.
Ability to work directly with clients and communicate technical information effectively.
Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
