Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have MT or MLT certification through ASCP, AMT, or an equivalent accrediting body and a degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field. Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Previous clinical laboratory experience is preferred but not required.
