Line Cook - Breakfast and Lunch (Full-Time) at Picks and MVP Restaurant

Join our dynamic culinary team at Picks and MVP Restaurant as a full-time Breakfast and Lunch Cook. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality meals to our valued guests. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items according to established recipes and quality standards

- Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and served in a timely manner

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations

- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

- Adhere to portion control and waste reduction practices

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a cook or line cook in a restaurant setting

- Knowledge of breakfast and lunch food preparation techniques

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Food safety certification is a plus
