Forklift Operator 21/hr

Warehouse Worker (1st and 2nd Shift $21/hr)

We are looking to add approximately 9 operators to our team as Warehouse Workers. The role involves facilitating the movement of products throughout the distribution center using equipment. Responsibilities include operating equipment and ensuring that products are in perfect condition for sale to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a stand-up forklift with clamps for the entire shift.
• Unload and process receipt of merchandise from inbound trucks.
• Stock merchandise into designated locations.
• Process orders by locating and moving products to the loading dock.
• Pack smaller products into larger containers for shipment.
• Load merchandise onto trucks for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Production is tracked daily.

Essential Skills:

• Experience with warehouse equipment operation.
• Receiving and unloading merchandise.
• Inventory stocking.
• Order picking and staging.
• Loading and unloading.
• Proficiency in operating a stand-up forklift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Able to work in a non-climate controlled environment.
• Capability to lift up to 75 pounds with or without accommodation.

Work Environment:

The facility is temperature controlled with a clean working environment spanning 800,000 square feet. The dress code is casual with tennis shoes, though slippers, graphic tees, or tank tops are not permitted. Gloves will be provided, and no special PPE is required.

This is a Contract position based out of Richfield, OH.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.65 - $20.65/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
