Key Responsibilities

• Guest Room Care — Clean, refresh, and stage guest rooms and suites to luxury standards, ensuring every detail meets brand expectations.
• Linen & Laundry — Handle linens, towels, and bedding with care; restock carts and storage areas
• Detail Presentation — Ensure rooms are perfectly staged, including amenities, décor, and guest supplies
• Service Excellence — Provide warm, professional interactions with guests and respond promptly to requests
• Safety & Standards — Follow all cleaning protocols, chemical handling procedures, and resort guidelines

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast‐paced luxury environment
• Weekend and holiday availability required
