Key Responsibilities
- Guest Room Care — Clean, refresh, and stage guest rooms and suites to luxury standards, ensuring every detail meets brand expectations.
- Linen & Laundry — Handle linens, towels, and bedding with care; restock carts and storage areas
- Detail Presentation — Ensure rooms are perfectly staged, including amenities, décor, and guest supplies
- Service Excellence — Provide warm, professional interactions with guests and respond promptly to requests
- Safety & Standards — Follow all cleaning protocols, chemical handling procedures, and resort guidelines
Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast‐paced luxury environment
- Weekend and holiday availability required
