Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team serving seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. In this patient-centered role, you will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on restoring function, mobility, and independence. Responsibilities include conducting therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, documenting progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary care team in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
