Join our Cold Spring, MN team as a Caribou opener. We are looking for associates who can ensure a friendly, enthusiastic culture and deliver a superior coffee experience to our customers.
- Shifts start at 5:30 am
- Shift ends: flexible with end times (11 am - 1 pm) We pride ourselves on our commitment to customer service and community involvement and seek a candidate who shares these values.
- Able to work mornings (5:30am start)
- Greeting customers and entering their orders into the register.
- Brew, mix, and blend beverages according to set standards.
- Handle spoiled/damaged products per established guidelines.
- Be knowledgeable about all product offerings and answer customers' questions.
- Will be expected to operate all machines in the coffee shop and know and understand the recipes of the beverages.
About the Caribou Opener:
We are hiring enthusiastic, friendly openers who are passionate about creating a welcoming store atmosphere. The Caribou associate is responsible for upholding Teal's Market Core values while assisting guests with beverage and food orders.

The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting to 50 pounds, sitting, standing for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours.
