Medical Director Opportunity
Healthcare United is seeking a Board Certified Physician for a Director / Lead Physician role supporting multiple locations across the Dayton, Columbus, and Cincinnati regions. This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical care with leadership responsibilities in a value-based care model focused on medically complex and underserved populations.

Provide primary care to a panel of high-acuity patients
Lead and mentor physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams
Partner with leadership to drive clinical strategy and improve outcomes
Oversee care coordination across outpatient and transitional care settings
Manage complex chronic conditions, substance use, and behavioral health needs
Support quality improvement and population health initiatives
Participate in leadership and operational meetings
Requirements
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Open to Infectious Disease or Addiction Medicine with recent primary care experience
Active or eligible for Ohio medical license
Several years of clinical experience with leadership or mentorship background
Experience working with complex or underserved populations preferred
Comfortable managing high-acuity patients
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
