This role is essential in providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations during overnight shifts, and ensuring accurate financial auditing. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner during overnight shifts.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately, ensuring all information is up to date.
• Perform nightly audit procedures, balancing and reconciling the day’s financial transactions.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to front desk and audit activities.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
• Ensure the front desk area is organized and presentable at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in front desk or night audit roles preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of accounting or financial reconciliation is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Proficiency with computers and office software.
