Night Club Security Specialist (Peek Nightclub)

Job Description

The Night Club Security Specialist at Peek Nightclub plays a vital role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and staff during busy weekend nights. Working within a team of 5 to 10 security members and reporting to the Security Manager, this role focuses on crowd monitoring, conflict management, and enforcing safety protocols to ensure smooth nightclub operations.

Responsibilities

Monitor crowds to identify and manage potential risks
Control access to the venue, verifying IDs and credentials
Manage conflicts tactfully to prevent escalation
Verify identification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements
Document and report security incidents accurately
Enforce all safety and security policies within the club
Engage professionally with customers to promote a safe atmosphere

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in security roles
High school diploma or equivalent
Possession of a Private Investigator’s License Board (PILB) certification
Valid gaming card
Driver’s license
