Overview Physical Therapist Assistant provides Physical Therapy services to guests under supervision of the Physical Therapist, assisting in treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication. Responsibilities Assist in related documentation and communication. Function under the supervision of the Physical Therapist. Instruct patients and family members in home programs and activities of daily living. Qualifications Associates degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current Physical Therapist Assistant licensure. A minimum of 1 year experience in a Skilled Nursing setting preferred. Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and CPR certification required.
