Analyst Compensation 1

Responsible for supporting the compensation programs and policies in support for the achievement of strategic goals within the company. Recommends and implements changes to compensation programs, policies, and processes to support overall company strategy. Ensures cost effective implementation and on-going support. Recommends new ideas to move the company forward. Ensures compliance with governmental regulations. Responds to business needs Position Responsibilities may include: Provides Compensation policy guidance and interpretation Implements strategy and goals/objectives for compensation Assists in the development and implementation of compensation policies and procedures and their dissemination. Supports job evaluation and annual review of organization job leveling Prepares reports and maintains records Supports maintenance of job code table in HRIS and job description library in HR SharePoint Assist in the administration of company programs such as employee recognition Develops knowledge of legal requirements to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
