Are you an ambitious sales professional with a passion for helping businesses succeed? The Business Insurance Agent (BIA) Program with Farmers Insurance offers a unique opportunity to build your own book of business while partnering with an established network of Farmers agents to deliver commercial insurance solutions to business owners.

This is more than a sales position—it's an entrepreneurial career path that allows you to grow your own business within a supportive, collaborative environment while leveraging referrals and relationships from one of the nation's most recognized insurance brands.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Sales or business development experience preferred.
Commercial insurance experience is a plus but not required.
Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
