Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct engaging and effective remote therapy sessions with clients, utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver services. \n
- Assess clients’ needs through comprehensive evaluations, developing personalized treatment plans that integrate therapeutic best practices and client goals. \n
- Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation of client sessions and progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. \n
- Provide crisis intervention and support, responding promptly to clients in distress and developing safety plans when necessary. \n
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients. \n
- Stay current with best practices, ethical guidelines, and legal standards related to therapeutic practices and telehealth regulations. \n
You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing issues such as relationship problems, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Your skills will be integral in fostering healing and personal growth among those we serve. Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. \n
- Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist. \n
- Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services, particularly using telehealth methodology. \n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for building rapport with clients from varied backgrounds. \n
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle multiple client cases. \n

- Experience with evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). \n
- Background in working with diverse populations and understanding the cultural context of clients’ experiences. \n
- Collaborative team experience in a healthcare or clinical setting. \n
We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 yearly, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
