This position entails working 10-hour shifts for four days a week, with a schedule of 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The role requires call availability, including one weeknight and two weekend days per month, with the potential for additional call as necessary based on departmental needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their mental, physical, and spiritual needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. Provide clear explanations and instructions to patients and their responsible parties. Utilize clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient conditions effectively. Foster a positive and healthy work environment through professional communication and conflict management. Adhere to Core Measure responsibilities associated with patient care. Engage in continuing education to maintain nursing competencies. Ensure accurate and complete medical record documentation. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse license in Illinois. Current CPR/BLS certification. ACLS certification. Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience. Experience in circulating for heavy Orthopedic, Urology, Spine, and Robotic procedures is required. Shift Information Work Hours: 10-hour shifts, four days per week. Weekend and call coverage as per departmental requirements.
