The clinic serves a diverse general outpatient population and offers programs across orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, balance and dizziness, sports medicine, chronic pain, neurological conditions, manual therapy, Workers' Compensation, and other rehabilitation needs.Your RoleEvaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based Physical Therapy plans of careTreat a diverse outpatient caseload focused on mobility, strength, function, and return to activityProvide therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual interventions, and functional trainingEducate patients on movement, recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programsCollaborate with clinicians and support staff to coordinate high-quality careTrack patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support meaningful outcomesComplete timely and accurate clinical documentation
