GRAPHIC & MOTION DESIGNER

We are seeking a versatile and creative Graphic and Motion Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating compelling visuals across multiple formats, including presentations, proposals, marketing assets, film-, video- and digital content. This is a full-time, in-person role at our Venice, CA office. Graphic Design : Design high-quality materials for RFPs, pitches and other presentation decks, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Resizing and Adaption : Efficiently resize and optimize creative assets for various platforms and formats. Motion Design & Animation : Create motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media and other marketing initiatives. Social Media Visuals : Initiate and design engaging visual content for MikeTeevee’s website and social media platforms. Required skills & experience 3+ years’ agency experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects & Illustrator are a must, Premiere Pro & InDesign are optional) and Figma. Strong expertise in Keynote, with the ability to create visually compelling presentations. Experience in designing RFPs, pitch decks and sales presentations Experience in motion design and animation, with a solid understanding of timing, transition and storytelling. Experience with 2D & 3D design animation tools (I.e: After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender). Preferred but not required: Familiarity with video editing and sound design. Ability to resize and adapt assets for various platforms without compromising design integrity. Strong layout, typography and branding skills.
