We are seeking and organized, detail oriented Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This is an entry level position; no accounting background or prior public accounting experience is required. What matters is confidentiality, reliability, strong communication skills and willingness to learn
The Administrative Assistant keeps the front office running smoothly, greeting clients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, assembling tax returns and maintaining accurate client records.
