Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description

As a General Laborer, you will be assisting with a variety of projects throughout the shop including operating fabrication machinery, operating forklifts, grinding and deburring materials, assisting with assembling products, and much more. In addition to this, you could be asked to assist with shipping tasks and using overhead cranes to move materials throughout the shop.

Responsibilities

• Work from blueprints and written instructions
• Operate drill presses, saws, and CNC Lasers
• Complete mechanical assembly of various projects
• Use a variety of hand, air, and power tools
• Debur and finish metal parts

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction, mechanic, assembly, or metal fabrication preferred
• Comfortable using a tape measure
• Comfortable using hand and power tools

This is a Permanent position based out of Hortonville, WI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
