Director of Human Resources

Reporting to the Company President the Director of Human Resources will direct and oversee the successful operations of the Human Resources Department which includes payroll, safety, training, human resources & employee relations, plant functions and other specialty areas. This position will direct these functions in the Mt. Vernon and Byesville facilities.

Essential Job Functions

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of this department
• Develop and oversee the implementation of all strategic HR initiatives
• Responsible for the professional development of all associates
• Manage recruitment strategies for staffing both management level and factory positions
• Assists in planning and enforcement of safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines.
