Job Overview:
In this contingent resource assignment, you will play a critical role in consulting on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. You will review and analyze multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Additionally, you will contribute to resolving complex situations requiring a solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. Collaboration and strategic consultation with client personnel will also be a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex technology initiatives, including those that are companywide with broad impact.
• Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large-scale technology solutions.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs.
• Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives.
• Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions.
• Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology teams, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues.
• Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, React, Microservices, cloud environments, Kafka, and OCP (Cloud Foundry underlying OS).
• Experience with GenAI development, agent creation (agentic AI), and LLM integrations.
• Familiarity with migrating contact center software from on-premises to cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to design, develop, and deploy middleware to fill product gaps and integrate systems like Workday and Verint.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to strategize and design effective solutions.
• Experience in Contact Center Technology Development is a plus.

Pay Range: $60/hr- $70/hr on W2 basis

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
