Pay Rate: $18-$22/hour


Shift: Hours vary-1st shift

Description:

Assistant Production Supervisor
• Direct and coordinate plant operations
• Evaluate department processes and coordinate changes based on analytics.
• Direct staff in development, analysis and preparation of reports.
• Supervise staff
• Assist in interviews, training and providing orientation
• Staff Scheduling
• Meet department and quality goals
• Train and review inventory control
• Keep accurate records of inventory
• Oversee project startups and shutdowns
• Approve staff expense reports


Requirements
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills
• Knowledge of office processes, procedures and technology (3-5 yrs of manufacturing office experience)
• Managerial experience in multiperson office/ plant required
• Ability to lift 30 lbs
