• Facilitate appointments between candidates and our recruitment professionals for in-depth screening
• Follow up on leads to keep interest alive and aid the hiring journey
• Maintain precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Generate income through commissions based on meetings set, interviews successfully conducted, and hires emerging from your leads
