Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Family Medicine Physician you will be a central and cornerstone provider in our physician-facing organization, delivering comprehensive, continuous, and patient-centered medical care to individuals and families across all ages and stages of life. This vital role is critical in promoting long-term health, wellness, and managing a broad spectrum of acute and chronic conditions, profoundly impacting the health outcomes of our Kansas communities. Every day you will conduct thorough patient evaluations, leveraging your expertise to accurately diagnose and expertly treat a wide array of medical conditions. You will provide essential preventive care, guide patients through health maintenance strategies, and empower them with crucial patient education. You must be a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician with an active license in Kansas (or eligibility to obtain one), committed to fostering enduring patient relationships and dedicated to continuous professional development.
