Position Summary The facility is seeking a Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its established Pain Management team in Bullhead City, AZ . This is a full‑time, permanent opportunity (Monday–Friday, no weekends or call) offering a balanced, outpatient‑focused schedule in a supportive and collegial environment. Essential Position Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations, review medical and pharmacy histories, and develop individualized treatment plans. Manage medication therapy and coordinate interventional procedures as appropriate. Collaborate with interventional pain physicians, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow and quality care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Practice Fusion EMR system. Provide education and counseling to patients regarding pain management strategies and treatment expectations. Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (MSN/DNP) or Physician Assistant program. Licensure & Certification: Active or eligible Arizona license; national certification as NP or PA required. Experience: Prior experience in pain management, orthopedics, or physical medicine preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
