Covered Exteriors is looking for  motivated, outgoing individuals who are ready to learn sales, meet homeowners face-to-face, and build their earning potential through performance.

As an  Entry-Level Roofing Sales Representative , you'll work in residential communities, knocking doors and starting conversations with homeowners to identify potential roofing and exterior restoration opportunities.

No roofing or previous sales experience is required. We provide structured training, coaching, and field support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

Paid Training — $500 Per Week for 3 Weeks

You'll receive $500 per week for your first 3 weeks of training while learning:

· Roofing and exterior restoration fundamentals

· Door-to-door prospecting and canvassing

· How to approach and engage homeowners

· Effective communication and sales techniques

· How to identify potential opportunities

· Appointment setting and follow-up

· Professional customer interactions and field practices

What You'll Do

· Visit residential neighborhoods and knock doors to start conversations with homeowners.

· Identify potential roofing and exterior restoration opportunities.

· Ask questions to understand homeowners' concerns and property needs.

· Introduce interested homeowners to available restoration solutions.

· Schedule qualified inspections and appointments.

· Follow up with prospective customers.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

· Consistently work toward individual activity and performance goals.

· Manage your daily field activities within your assigned territory.

Compensation & Opportunity

· $75,000–$100,000 potential annual earnings

· Commission-based compensation

· $500/week paid training for the first 3 weeks

Compensation Disclosure: This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based opportunity . The $75,000–$100,000 range represents potential first-year earnings based on sales performance and production and is  not guaranteed . Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance, sales results, and other applicable factors.

Previous experience in  sales, canvassing, fundraising, customer service, hospitality, retail, construction, or other customer-facing roles is helpful, but  not required .
