Customer Care Representative

Overview Fullsteam is a provider of vertical software and embedded payments technology. The company seeks a motivated bilingual professional for a full-time Customer Support and Administrative role. This position is based in Costa Mesa, California, and involves assisting customers, performing accounting-related tasks, supporting collections efforts, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure smooth daily operations. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. Assist customers with complex support issues and provide timely resolutions. Maintain excellent customer service and positive customer relationships. Support accounting functions including data entry, payment processing, account updates, and debt collection. Assist with collections and follow up on outstanding balances. Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish. Troubleshoot problems and identify effective solutions quickly. Accurately document customer interactions and account activity. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues. Maintain organized records and attention to detail in daily tasks. Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks. Adapt quickly to new systems, procedures, and responsibilities. Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to manage heavy call volume in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Basic accounting and collections knowledge. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; attention to detail. Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively; positive attitude and work ethic. Professional phone etiquette and active listening skills. Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated; ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Critical thinking and decision-making skills. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Fluent in both English and Spanish. Minimum 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience (preferred). Experience handling high call volume and customer inquiries (preferred). Basic accounting and collections experience (preferred). Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills; professionalism under pressure. Reliable attendance and punctuality; ability to learn new systems quickly. Must be authorized to work in the United States; full-time availability. Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $25.00–$28.00 per hour (USD). Full-time position with competitive benefits.
