Registered Nurse - Acute Care Case ManagementThis is a 13-week contract position.Day Shift: 5x8 Hour schedule (07:30 - 16:00), including alternating weekends.We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with acute care experience to join our dedicated team in case management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in discharge planning and care coordination, working across multiple units within a Level II Trauma Center. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and facilitate smooth transitions.Provide comprehensive case management focused on patient assessment, planning, and coordination of care.Collaborate with healthcare providers across various units, including Med Surg and Emergency Department.Conduct discharge planning to ensure timely and effective transitions of care for patients.Utilize AIDA EMR and Epic charting systems for accurate documentation and communication.Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care and improvement strategies.Minimum of 1 year of acute care nursing experience required.Previous travel experience preferred.Current BLS certification required.Washington State RN license required; compact license must be in hand at submission.Experience with Epic and AIDA EMR preferred.Strong preference for candidates with diverse case management experience.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
