• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT license in Idaho (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents, preferably within a school setting
• Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation standards
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to varied needs and manage a dynamic caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' needs in areas such as motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with educational goals
