Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and minimum 1+ years Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding contract opportunity is open for a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with experience supporting students in a school environment. This short-term assignment, set in a dynamic educational setting near Woodstock, GA, runs from July 6th, 2026 to July 16th, 2026. The schedule is 14 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, from 8:00am to 12:00pm. You'll work one-on-one with a student, providing direct and essential nursing support.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current, active LPN license in Georgia
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting highly preferred
• Comfort and competence with 1:1 student care
• Skilled in monitoring vital signs and managing tube feedings
• Experience with activities of daily living (ADLs) and student transfers
• Proficient in seizure management, VNS assistance, asthma management, and use of suction machines
• Strong documentation and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess student’s vital signs throughout the shift
• Administer and manage tube feedings and provide VNS support
• Assist the student with all ADLs, including safe transfers
• Respond to seizures and medical emergencies as needed
• Utilize suction machines and manage asthma care protocols
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation
• Collaborate with school staff and communicate effectively with the care team
