Our client, in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a 3rd Shift Blender Operator-Machine Operator Food Industry to join their team. As a 3rd Shift Blender Operator-Machine Operator Food Industry, you will be part of the production team supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Jackson, WI

Pay Range: $23

Shift: 3rd Shift (10pm - 6am)

What's the Job?

• Safely set-up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output.
• Apply knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions.
• Check for defects or malfunctions that may affect product quality.
• Follow safety policies, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of production activities.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a similar role.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of machinery and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
