Intake RN - Behavioral Health Admissions
Universal Health Services
Hickory Trail Hospital in DeSoto, Texas, part of Universal Health Services, seeks an experienced Intake/Admissions RN to support timely access to behavioral health care for children, adolescents, adults and seniors. The RN conducts nursing assessments, evaluates needs with the care team, and documents referrals to ensure safe, efficient admissions. A Texas RN license and psychiatric facility experience are preferred; CPI and CPR training are encouraged. #J-18808-Ljbffr Universal Health Services
