Intact Case Manager

Position Intact Case Manager Location Effingham, IL Job ID 6252 Job Duties Complete client assessments, develop strength-based service plans, use the SACWICS data system, and coordinate services with community resources. Provide crisis intervention and assist families in locating employment, housing, daycare, and meeting basic needs. Arrange and/or provide transportation for families to school or medical appointments. Participate in court proceedings on behalf of the child and family, including testimony, hearings, compiling court records, and acting as a liaison with multiple public and private agencies. Engage in home‑based service experience; CWEL licensure preferred. Work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with external collaborators; research issues and develop solutions with minimal supervision. Demonstrate project management, organizational, and analytical skills; possess strong interpersonal, verbal, written, listening, documentation, presentation, and problem‑solving abilities. Position encompasses multiple counties. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field (required). Minimum 1–2 years of field experience (preferred). CWEL - Child Welfare Licensure (preferred). Other Requirements Auto insurance. Driver’s license. Physical exam/TB. Benefits Tuition assistance up to $2,500 per year.
