Commercial Lender

A local bank on the Western Slope is looking for a self-motivated commercial lender in Grand Junction. This role covers bringing in new business, underwriting, structuring, closing, and servicing a portfolio of commercial and commercial real estate clients. You'll work with a lean team where lenders have a real voice in how deals get done.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate client needs and offer lending and deposit solutions
• Cross-sell treasury and other bank products
• Service existing relationships and keep clients happy
• Meet loan and deposit growth goals
• Open new accounts
• Analyze creditworthiness and prepare loan memos and documents

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Commercial lending experience with customer-facing work
• Knowledge of the Grand Junction and Western Slope market is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with proposals and underwriting
• Organized and able to multitask
