RN - Care Manager

Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Oregon or Washington RN license, or a compact license, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in case management or primary care coordination (PCC) and be able to work weekends and holidays, as needed.QualificationsActive RN license in Oregon or Washington (compact license is acceptable)Minimum of 1 year of case management or PCC experienceExperience with EPIC chartingKnowledge of Medicaid and MedicareBLS certification requiredPrior experience with a similar health system is preferredSkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively under pressureDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsProficient in electronic health record (EHR) systemsWork ScheduleThis position requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
