You’ll shift seamlessly between phone, email, and chat to guide people through products and services, capture feedback, and ensure every interaction is recorded with precision.

What your day looks like

• Field a steady flow of customer contacts across phone, email, and chat, delivering courteous, professional assistance.
• Offer accurate, easy-to-understand insights on products and services so customers can make confident choices.
• Conduct proactive outreach calls to follow up on feedback and highlight new or relevant offerings.
• Document each interaction meticulously in our office management system/CRM to maintain complete, reliable records.
• Team up with colleagues to troubleshoot complex issues and elevate the overall customer journey.
• Demonstrate impeccable phone etiquette while handling high call volumes efficiently.
• Spot authentic opportunities to upsell or cross-sell when they truly match customer needs.

What you bring

• Proven, prior experience in customer service (required).
• Background in finance or tax environments is a strong plus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication—clear, concise, and professional.
• Bilingual or multilingual ability is highly encouraged and valued.
• Confidence using office software and related technology to manage interactions.
