We are actively searching for a full-time Refrigeration Repair and Installation Technician to join our expanding team in Winter Haven, FL, servicing the Polk County area.

You'll earn $25-$37 per hour , along with weekly performance and sales bonuses, a company service vehicle and gas card, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic culture that encourages growth, innovation, and professional excellence.

THE KIND OF REFRIGERATION REPAIR AND INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN WE'RE SEARCHING FOR

• Comprehensive understanding of thermodynamic principles, electrical systems, and refrigeration components
• Proficient in using wrenches, screwdrivers, brazing torches, and other specialized tools
• Skilled in employing diagnostic equipment for effective problem identification
• Ability to lift heavy machinery, work in tight spaces, and remain on your feet for long durations
• Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts in simple terms
• Enthusiastic about continuous learning, enhancing skills, and delivering high-quality results

WHAT YOUR WORKDAYS WILL LOOK LIKE

As a Refrigeration Repair and Installation Technician, you will work on commercial cooling systems for restaurants, warehouses, grocery stores, and other businesses in Polk County. Your role involves installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment like freezers, ice machines, and walk-in coolers according to specifications.

You will use specialized tools to locate refrigerant leaks, diagnose electrical issues, perform maintenance, and ensure optimal performance. Excellent customer service is essential, as you will answer client questions, provide updates, maintain documentation, and uphold high-quality and safety standards.
