Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Azle, TX! This is a 2 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role: Phlebotomist II

Location: Azle, TX 76020

Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $19-22/hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric blood collections.
• Collect, label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
• Verify patient identification and ensure specimen labeling accuracy.
• Obtain patient signatures and complete all required documentation.
• Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and confidentiality standards.
• Promote a professional and patient-centered environment.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and organizational commitment.
• Support Patient Service Centers and physician office locations as needed.
  

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Experience with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections required.

Note: Local candidates within 25-30 miles are eligible.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
