Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Seeking a friendly outgoing Customer Service Professional for an established Electrical Contractor located in the Washington-Baltimore Corridor. You will work in a busy team atmosphere, answer calls from residential and commercial clients, book & schedule the call as well as dispatch technicians. We are looking for candidates that can have fun, make the customer happy and be focused to get the job done!

Qualifications:

2+ years’ experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Strong work ethic
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of proficiency at the Microsoft Office Suite of products, especially: Outlook, Excel & Microsoft Word are required
Bilingual English/Spanish fluency desirable
Associates degree is preferred
Monday through Friday position
